Trylon is a durable plastic, with exceptional abrasion and ultraviolet resistance. It has the weight, performance and semblance of a composite material. Trylon is the best material currently being used to manufacture kayaks and unique to Hurricane Aqua Sports.

Care and Maintenance
Trylon can be cleaned with soapy water and a rag. Isopropyl or Denatured alcohol can be used for tougher stains. Light scratches can be buffed out with plastic polish.

Repairs
A variety of chemicals can structurally bond to Trylon such as super glues, acrylic cements, and other plastic adhesives. Devcon Plastic Welder is recommended for a quick, easy, and permanent repair.
