Well no sense in lying to you ... we are not sitting at our computers 24/7 just pining for emails to drop in, so we have a purpose in life. We are either building kayaks or paddling them or driving somewhere to launch them. But we truly do want to hear from you only it may take a wee bit of time for our answer. Don’t despair; we’ll get back to you!

We’d love to read your stories and see pictures of your journeys in our kayaks, so send 'em on in! After long, hard days in the shop, we live vicariously through you when we can’t get out paddling. Keeps us from getting cranky.

Our family of Hurricane dealers is our solid link to the consumer market and we encourage everyone to support them. Good paddlesport specialty shops are crucial to everyone's enjoyment of paddling. Where applicable, we forward your request on to our area dealers who are truly dialed in to regional subtleties we may not be. We won't know beans about boater registration laws in Ohio, but our partner in Cleveland, The Backpacker Shop, will. We do enjoy parting the curtain and getting a direct view of things from back stage, but the real show (best service and answers) may be your area dealer.
